A better way to understand employee sentiment.
Project Objective
Understanding employee sentiment traditionally is done via a once or twice a year survey. The issue with that is that with the acceleration of the work world, issues and opportunities pop up faster than the yearly survey.As part of an Work Practice Innovation team within HR, I led Intel into an entirely new space in understanding employee sentiment.
After researching new ways of understanding employee sentiment, I designed a strategy and launched a pilot that helped us address employee issues before they became larger issues over a longer period of time
It resulted in a change of how HR monitored worplace conditions to help shift HR into a more proactive partner.
